Summer Art Class: Drawing and Design (Kids 8+)
This art class will take place in the summer of 2024. Over the course of two weeks and four different classes, we will cover all of the topics included in our weekly Drawing and Design classes, but in a concentrated timeline. Because of this, classes will have a duration of two full hours from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
We will be exploring elements of drawing and design including learning about practical techniques, creative exercises, and established artists.
Unit 1: Line
Unit 2: Shape and Space
Unit 3: Color and Value
Unit 4: Texture
Two different time periods during the summer are available for your convenience. Please choose from July classes (July 16, 18, 23, and 25) or August classes (August 13, 15, 20, and 22).
